The BHBIA Insight Exchange returns this November with a sharper purpose: helping healthcare business insights professionals understand what’s changing and decide what to do next.

Healthcare business intelligence is shifting fast. Multichannel investment is becoming harder to measure, and fragmented data systems continue to stand between insight and action. At the same time, centralisation, AI and budget pressures are changing what BI teams and agency partners are expected to deliver.

The Insight Exchange brings BHBIA members together to move beyond watching these trends and start working through what they mean in practice. Across a focused half-day exchange, industry leaders, practical case studies and structured peer conversations will help explore three shifts already reshaping healthcare BI:

Shift 1 – Measuring multichannel impact: How do organisations move beyond activity metrics to understand whether multichannel marketing is changing customer behaviour?

Shift 2 – The data architecture crisis: Breaking silos is a business imperative, so what needs to change so data can support faster, better-connected decisions?

Shift 3 – The BI relevance challenge: When everyone has data and AI, how do BI teams and agency partners protect their influence, relevance and value?

There are two opportunities for organisations to partner with BHBIA's Insight Exchange, each linked to a specific part of the programme.

The Connection Partner helps make possible the structured networking that runs through the afternoon, helping members turn conversations into useful connections.

The Facilitation Partner supports the person guiding the whole programme, connecting the three shifts, running the panel, and bringing the day to a clear close.

Fees and booking

This event is for BHBIA Members only. Please note you must be logged in as a member to book online. If you belong to a BHBIA member company but don't yet have a login, please register now to join your company's membership.

Please note all prices are exclusive of VAT

Early-bird booking is available from 21 September 2026 until 23 October 2026.

Standard booking is available from 23 October 2026 until 25 November 2026.

Delegate Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policies: for Early Bird bookings the full fee is payable with no refunds given, however a substitute delegate can be accepted. Our standard cancellation policy does not apply. For Standard bookings the standard cancellation policy applies, as stated on booking form.

Online Bookings: Online delegate bookings close on the 25th November 2026. The delegate list will be circulated on email prior to the event. VAT will be added to your booking upon registration.
