Welcome to the new BHBIA website

We're delighted to announce that the new BHBIA website is now live. The new platform provides a more modern and reliable experience for members and creates a strong foundation for future improvements to BHBIA services and support.

What you need to do

To access the new website, you will need to set a new password.

You should have received an email containing a temporary password and instructions for logging in. If you can't find this email, you can reset your password here.

Once you've logged in, we recommend that you:

• check your account details
• confirm your training records and certificates are available
• explore the member area
• contact us if anything does not look right

If you are the main contact or administrator for your organisation or a personal member, please also:

• review your organisation's details
• upload your organisation’s logo

What's changed?

The new website provides a more modern and reliable platform for accessing BHBIA services.

You'll continue to access training, certification, events, guidance, and member resources, while benefiting from a platform better equipped to support future improvements and new functionality.
