This workshop is for people (agency AND pharma) interested in understanding how to use the agile values and principles and the Scrum methodology to improve outcomes of Business Information and Market Research projects. It's a highly practical course, so numbers are strictly limited - please book early to secure your place.

Through a team exercise, you will explore Agile and 'SCRUM' through a real-life project in an intense learning experience with lots of methods, tools, tips and ways of thinking that you can use in your everyday working life. 

Through the five sprints, you will work with a team to produce a solution and you will experience:

- Sprints (defined periods of time to focus the team on delivery)

- Planning (including planning poker and prioritisation using the MoSCoW method)

- Execution (including role discipline)

- Review (using retrospectives to reflect and apply learnings to continually improve as a team)

The final part of the session takes the principles and learnings and explores how these can apply in the pharmaceutical sector and specifically in Business Information.  Using the 200 projects Earthware has done in pharmaceuticals using agile, we address common questions and offer top tips.

The session will take place via Zoom, with several breaks to keep you refreshed and energised.
