One-day Workshop
Using data and analytics / AI to optimise HCP engagement in the (new) digital world
via Zoom
Tuesday 06 October 2020 - Wednesday 07 October 2020, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM each day
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) are the new hot topics for business intelligence professionals. Using practical examples, our expert speakers will share their understanding of how we can use these tools to make the most of the big data sources available to us.
In a world of expanding data and technology, how can we combine our analysis skills with AI and ML to drive strategy, guide our businesses and optimise our customer engagement channels, to ultimately benefit patients?
This virtual training event will take place in two parts - on the mornings of Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th October. Each morning forms a stand-alone event. Delegates may choose to attend one session if that fits best with their areas of interest. However attendance on both days will enable delegates to gain a deep understanding of the topic and preferential pricing is offered to encourage this.
