bhbia2025 will be held on the 12th & 13th May, at the Hilton London Wembley, attracting around 280 delegates from across the spectrum of healthcare business intelligence (market research, business information, commercial analytics, sales force effectiveness) and allied fields. The BHBIA Annual Conference is a members' only event - open to BHBIA Corporate, Affiliate and Personal members only.

Take up the pledge! The BHBIA is aware that conferences can take a heavy toll on resources and the environment, generating a significant amount of emissions and waste. We remain committed to making the BHBIA conference as sustainable as possible and are asking our attendees to commit to our pledge below:

Delegate Fees - Get 15% off all prices below on bookings made on or before 3rd February 2025 (excluding exhibitor/sponsorship packages, Sunday accommodation only and gala dinner only ticket options for BOBI Sponsors/newcomer entrants)

Early bird cancellation: All delegate bookings made on or before the 3rd February 2025 take into account the 15% early bird discount. Please note: All early bird bookings must include the delegate name. Early bird places are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if required. 

Cancellation after early bird deadline: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of bookings can only be accepted in writing to the BHBIA, St James House, Vicar Lane, Sheffield S1 2EX or by email to admin@bhbia.org.uk Full refunds can only be given against a booking if written cancellation is received four weeks prior to the event. After this time, no refunds will be given, however a substitute delegate can be accepted.
