Mark is a seasoned research analyst who leads the Mapper360™ team of social researchers and insights analysts at Four Engage, directing and delivering data driven insights and personas for clients cross sector including Global, Ballymore, TSB and in healthcare Pfizer and GSK.
From a solid grounding in media analysis, his move to Four Engage to deliver forward facing social and digital insights satisfies his desire to deliver clients actionable insights based on realtime behaviours that genuinely impact campaign and marketing effectiveness.
Tanaka Dzambo, Senior Insights Manager – Four Engage
Tanaka’s role encompasses overseeing a team of analysts on insights projects such as social listening to surface insights on human behaviour and audience analysis, to digital profiling to engage and influence. One of her key roles is to ensure Mapper360™ - Four Engage’s data driven insights methodology – remains ahead of the curve.
She graduated with BA (Hons) in Economics from Stirling University
and currently works on a variety of clients including Gilead Sciences,
GSK and Abel & Cole within Four Engage. In her prior role at
FleishmanHillard Fishburn, she worked on a broad range of clients
including Bayer, Merck, Philips, Maersk Line and Danone.
