During this virtual workshop you will complete an Insights Discovery® Evaluator.
The Insights Discovery® Evaluator workshop is an interactive session designed to explore and understand how different social styles can impact what you think you are saying and what the other party hears. During this workshop you will learn how to recognise your own social type and that of others. You will discover how to communicate with different types effectively in order to engage and influence your business partners.
The workshop uses the Insights Discovery® methodology, a simple and memorable four colour model which helps people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team.
This is a stand-alone training workshop, suitable for anyone who works in a business intelligence role and would like to better understand themselves and others, for more effective communication with colleagues and clients.
Completion of the workshop also gives you the foundation needed to access the BHBIA's 'Get Set for Success in Analytics' programme, should this be of interest to you, as it gives learners a foundation of self-awareness, and a common language that will be used during the programme.
