Richard Gray - Commercial Director, Technology Solutions - IQVIA

Richard started his career as a Life Sciences provider in 1994, starting off as a Data Analyst and working his way up through Account Management, Client Servicing and Sales Director roles.  During his career he has gained extensive knowledge of data, technology, analytics and intelligence, both from a strategic HO level right down to tactical field implementation. 

He began his current role with QuintilesIMS (now IQVIA 11 years ago joining to head up the KOL and Stakeholder division, moving across to join the Technology and Customer Data side of the business 7 years ago as Commercial Director UK.

Nigel Olsen - Sanofi General Meds Division – Multichannel Marketing Manager

Nigel brings a wealth of marketing and business experience to Sanofi. Most recently Nigel was employed out of the Pfizer UK offices working across their AH business as a Multichannel/Digital Marketing Manager. His primary responsibilities included the creation of a digital and multichannel roadmap for the UK business to deliver brand/service reach, interaction, conversion and deep engagement with Customers across Channels, platforms and devices to create integrated customer journey pathways and solution services aligned to commercial objectives across multiple Business Units.

Prior to this, Nigel worked extensively in marketing, and was a digital/multichannel ‘go to’ during his time at BMI Healthcare where he managed the marketing, segmentation and execution of therapeutic brand programmes to deliver enhanced KOL led initiative to build incremental business across hospital franchise. Before that, Nigel worked at a subsidiary of Colgate as a Marketing Manager focusing on around 300 sku’s across veterinary markets and differentiated Channels.

Nigel started his working life as a Nurse in 1984 but progressed into pharma before moving into advertising/media/marketing in medcomms and then into strategic roles.
