Kirsty Haves, Account Director - Hayward Medical Communications
A medical communications Account Director with experience in project management across the healthcare sector, delivering anything from large-scale global programmes to bespoke, cost-effective solutions for small companies and charities. Prior to joining Hayward in 2012, Kirsty completed a biomedical science degree at the University of Sheffield and worked for an agency specialising in healthcare training and patient support programmes. Kirsty works across the Hayward portfolio, leading and supporting internal teams. With a passion for delivering innovative solutions which influence patient care and outcomes, Kirsty is dedicated to partnering with clients to achieve objectives in line with budgets and timelines whilst ensuring quality.
Paul Thomas, Business Director - Hayward Medical Communications
Paul joined Hayward as Business Director in January 2017. Prior to that, he worked in pharmaceutical industry clinical research, sales, commercial and market access roles, across a variety of therapy areas including diabetes, endocrinology, haemostasis, ophthalmology and respiratory medicine.
Gary Paterson, Evidence & Information Manager - Hayward Medical Communications
As a former academic researching human diseases, heading a commercial lab in the biotech sector and working at Hayward for almost seven years, Gary has been reviewing, generating or writing about evidence for over 30 years. He gives particular attention to the quality of health related information regardless of whether it is a complex dossier or some other form of educational material; does the narrative flow in a logical manner, can claims be supported by the quality of evidence, are the value messages visible and clearly understood, do we provide an appropriate amount of supporting evidence.
