The BHBIA recognises the importance of attracting, developing and retaining the best and brightest people in healthcare Business Intelligence.  The Rising Stars Connect Group is our special interest group aimed at supporting the wealth of emerging talent we have within our membership.  The group welcomes members with up to five years’ experience in healthcare business intelligence who would like to connect with, and get to know, like-minded individuals in our industry.

For our next meeting, we are delighted to welcome Louise Catton, Head of Market Research and Insights at UCB Pharma as our guest speaker. Louise has extensive experience in pharma market research and has worn both client and agency hats over the years. 

During this session, we will be looking to focus on some of the following topics: 

• What are the key nuances between client-side and agency market research 
• What are the distinct challenges clients and agencies face 
• How can all parties understand each other’s roles and successfully work together to deliver powerful insights 

 After the presentation there will be a Q&A session where you can put questions to Louise. We will round off the meeting with break out groups where you’ll have the opportunity to discuss topics related to Louise’s presentation with other members of the group.
