The BHBIA recognises the importance of attracting, developing and retaining the best and brightest people for healthcare BI.  The Rising Stars Connect Group is our special interest group aimed at supporting the wealth of emerging talent we have within our membership.  The group welcomes members with up to five years’ experience in healthcare business intelligence who would like to connect with, and get to know, like-minded individuals in our industry.

 For our next meeting we are delighted to welcome Rachel Medcalf, Leadership Coach & Business Mentor from Rachel Medcalf, Executive Coaching and Training as our guest speaker.

Rachel has extensive experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry in general and in Healthcare BI in particular.  Rachel began her career with Eli Lilly and worked for a number of pharmaceutical companies before founding Adelphi Research UK.  In 2020 Rachel set up her own executive training and coaching business.

After the presentation there will be a Q&A session where you can put your own questions to Rachel.  We will round off the meeting with breakout groups where you can discuss the topics raised in Rachel’s presentation with a group of colleagues.
