Bio: Having worked in the healthcare market research arena for most of her career, Yuliya’s passion for uncovering research insights has been supported by gaining robust experience across numerous therapy areas and methodological approaches over the years. Through her avid interest in high quality data and a real fascination with healthcare research, Yuliya has developed extensive data collection expertise and the desire to deliver ‘gold standard’ within MR by combining the drive for innovative approaches with guideline adherence and understanding. A naturally keen ambassador for ethical compliance and guidelines, Yuliya joined the BHBIA Ethics & Compliance Committee in early 2018 to help drive compliance across the industry and has since spoken at several successful BHBIA events, taking up a position as a Deputy Chair of the Committee in 2019 and Chair in 2024.

As a global executive, Jessica provides oversight and support across global offices in regulation, ethics and compliance, and responsible for directing frameworks regarding compliance, privacy and quality management in RWR (Real World Research) and MR (Market Research).
Jessica is a frequent speaker and contributor in major conferences. She has a PhD in Social Science and MRS fellowship. Jessica is a member of BHBIA and EphMRA code of Ethics Committee, UK Research Ethics Committee, MAPs Compliance and co-chair of ISPOR Code of Conduct Committee.

Bio: Kim is a compliance professional with many years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has held senior company-wide compliance roles at Abbott, Merck and LEO in the UK over the last 10 years. Kim’s compliance roles started 16 years ago at Astra Zeneca then Baxter Healthcare in Australia. Kim joined the BHBIA as Ethics and Compliance Advisor in 2022.

Pav Rishiraj – Director of PV | Ipsen

Bio: Pav is a visionary and senior Pharmacovigilance leader with extensive detailed experience spanning over two decades across multiple safety functions including senior management/leadership positions alike, primarily to ensure strict compliance to Good PV practices (GvP) including 2010/84/EU&CTD (Europe), HMR Part 11 (UK) and CFR 314 (US) through robust implementation and oversight of the global/local PV systems to both internal and industry standards.
A credible and well-respected thought leader who operates at the forefront of PV, Pav is currently a Director of PV at Ipsen UK Ltd and continues to Chair the UK ABPI Pharmacovigilance Expert Network (PEN) representing industry. He remains ever committed to ensuring and propelling forward harmonised, innovative approaches to PV with a common strategic purpose. He is also a member of the International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISoP).
Additionally, Pav also serves as a member of the Board Steering Group (BSG) at the ABPI to represent PV and drive forward Regulatory Science objectives at the policy level - largely to evolve a robust and respected regulatory framework for collaboration within the UK and internationally.
