This webinar, led by the BHBIA’s Ethics and Compliance Committee, will keep you up to date with the latest government, ICO and BHBIA guidance on the implications of Brexit for data protection and business intelligence.

• Changes that may need to be made to contracts and privacy notices;
• Your organisation’s potential need for a different Lead Supervisory Authority or an EU based representative.

We have compliance leads from both pharma company and agency organisations who will talk about their own plans and experiences.

This webinar will be useful for all those engaged in market research or data analytics that rely on the processing of personal data.
