Xavier Fonder – Group Compliance Director | RONIN

Bio: Xavier has been with RONIN International for over ten years. 

He has held various roles since joining RONIN including: Head of Survey Compliance, Quality Manager, and is now Group Compliance Director. 

His primary area of expertise lies in local and international data protection regimes and international Standards ISO 20252 and ISO 27001. What he enjoys most is coming up with creative and pragmatic answers to left field compliance questions! 

He is CIPP/E-certified by the IAPP and sits on the Ethics & Compliance Committee of the BHBIA and the Market Research Quality Standards Advisory Board (MRQSAB).

Rebecca D'Ippolito - Head of Global Compliance and Quality | Data Protection Officer Sermo

Bio: Rebecca has been an active member of the Healthcare Business Insights Industry for 10+ years and has a keen focus on developing quality and compliance standards to foster a productive environment for research innovation. Through key roles in both Agency and Fieldwork businesses, Rebecca’s developed comprehensive expertise in legal, data protection, compliance and operational fields. As a member of the BHBIA Ethics & Compliance Committee since 2020, she seeks to dynamically champion privacy-first strategies and good industry practice, supporting members to overcome challenges related to the regulatory landscape and ever-progressive developments in tech.

Julia Luftmann - Associate Director, Compliance CoE Global Business Insights & Analytics Organon

Bio: Julia’s career in the insights industry spans more than a decade, in positions covering the supply chain from fieldwork agency to market research agency and latterly pharma, in project management as well as compliance. She has been part of the BHBIA Ethics and Compliance Committee since 2022 and now oversees Primary Market Research and Social Media Listening in a global compliance and operations role at pharmaceutical company Organon.
