Purpose

Insight teams in pharmaceutical companies are facing ever more complex challenges when it comes to understanding and helping to influence physician and other key customer behaviour. While client-side researchers may have access to more behavioural research and data than ever, it can be challenging to make sense of sometimes disparate seeming pieces of information. Further, wider economic pressures may in some cases be reducing opportunities to commission largescale external primary research – while demands continue to grow from internal stakeholders for faster, more accurate behavioural insights. 

The purpose of this session is to help both client-side and agency researchers to tackle these challenges – and to transform client organisation outcomes. 


What can you expect?

Client insight team and agency researcher participants will gain essential tools to help maximise pharmaceutical companies’ understanding, and influencing, of physician and other key customer groups’ behaviour. Specifically, through behavioural science-based insights and tools, participants will be able to most effectively: 

  1. Structure client organisation key challenges as regards customer behaviours, informing the most appropriate research briefs/methods 
  2. Make sense of, and extract maximum value from different existing behavioural research, data, and insights 
  3. Influence key stakeholders within the client organisation to take actions based on behavioural research, data, and insights 


Who should attend?

This workshop is designed for Research and Insight professionals of all levels, working in pharmaceutical companies and research agencies who want to understand how behavioural science can help reshape insight generation and communication. It may also be of value to Marketing professionals in pharmaceutical companies who wish to gain an understanding of the many ways in which behavioural science is relevant to their organisation.
