The BHBIA Fieldwork Committee and Ethics and Compliance Committee have collaborated on a piece of guidance designed to help members when working on multi-country projects which include the UK as part of the fieldwork scope.

The UK has specific conditions covering the approval of market research materials and, on occasion, the approval process for the UK can impact the timeline of the wider project. 

To help all parties, planning to conduct market research projects in the UK, the BHBIA has put together a short guidance document covering this area.  The purpose of this document is to help those planning to conduct a market research project in the UK

• To prepare for the steps that are needed

It is hoped that, by having a document to refer to, projects can progress through UK approval in a way which will fit in with overall, multi-country, project timelines.
