• Survey Healthcare Global – Best Customer Insight: Awarded for a research or analytical project that has increased understanding of target customers and had a positive impact on strategic decision-making.

Introducing the theme of The Chair’s Award 2025

In 2025, The Chair's Award will be awarded for Best Approach to Sustainability. This award recognises projects that have applied clear sustainability principles throughout their lifecycle, leading to improved sustainability outcomes to past practices. Sustainability is at the heart of many of our member organisation’s strategies and we’re pleased to spotlight the progress being made in this critical area.
