Leveraging Technology for Fieldwork Solutions - SurveyHealthcareGlobus
June 15th, 2021
Sponsored session - as presented at the bhbia2021 virtual Annual Conference in May 2021
In this video SHG describe how the need to move swiftly over to virtual alternatives to replace face-to-face during COVID-19 helped drive the rapid roll out of virtual platform offers for qualitative research. There is also a look at how technology is used for the efficient management of quantitative projects.
Tamara Burke shares some examples of how technology has enabled virtual qual approaches, highlighting in particular the new Swarm Artificial Intelligence methodology, that uses AI to capture the insights of groups that are making decisions together. They describe a case-study looking at work for a global pharmaceutical client who tasked them with co-creating and optimising a powerful and engaging positioning for an oncology treatment.
On the quant side, Daniel Lockwood describes SHG's Healthtech AMP Technology Suite, an internal research management interface, enabling the flexibility to incorporate different applications as needed, throughout the project lifecycle - for example combining SHG proprietary global resources with multiple other partners, to optimise sampling whilst avoiding duplication using the 'Authentic i.d.' digital fingerprint.
We are very grateful to SHG for their support with this year's Conference.
- The sponsored sessions give agencies a platform to showcase their innovations, in return for a financial contribution to the costs of running the event. It allows us to offer an alternative to the traditional Agency Fair, adapted for the virtual setting.
