The BHBIA is delighted to announce the winners of the 2024 Rising Stars Prize.  The two outstanding entrants who will be joining our conference in May are 

• Georgia Culley – boxee group
• Olivia Hughes – Basis Health

The standard of the entries was very high and our panel of judges had a tough time deciding on who the final winners would be.  However, Georgia and Olivia both produced an outstanding entry and the Board are very much looking forward to welcoming them to the Hilton Wembley in May.

Feedback from our judges on Georgia’s entry was that it demonstrated a very good handle on the BHBIA.  Showed lots of examples of utilisation and the argument to obtain the bursary was a very positive and optimistic one.

Feedback from our judges on Olivia’s entry was that it showed appreciation for BHBIA membership, provided detailed examples of professional development and effectively communicated reasons for applying for the bursary.

We understand that opportunities to attend conference for those at the start of their career can be limited but we hope that early exposure to events like this will be transformative for these members of our Rising Stars group.  It will equip them with invaluable knowledge, help them build a robust network and hopefully inspire them to play a role in our broader industry.
