The following key topics will be covered in this workshop:
- Conducting ethical patient research - An overview of the main obligations we have to patients as researchers as well as practical tips on how to ensure we meet these.
- Championing the voice of the patient – What do patients really think of research and what do they want to get from it? Including a Q&A session with a patient advocate
- How to incorporate patient research across the brand lifecycle – An interactive exercise to explore real applications of patient research and the opportunity to reflect on successful case studies where patient insights have been at the core of brand strategy.
The session will also cover:
- Recruitment considerations in patient research.
- Methods of engaging with patients – Is face to face always best? Consideration of remote and digital methods in patient research and how to tailor method for research projects.
- Analysis in patient research – A reflection on successful experiences and useful frameworks.
