Neil Rees, Head of Research, OPEN Health, Patient & Brand Communications
Neil
heads up the insights function at OPEN Health PBC, bringing a wealth of
experience in the healthcare sector working across a range of therapy
areas for a variety of pharmaceutical companies. Experience has been
built up agency side and client side, as well as in the consumer sector
to better understand consumer behaviour. His remit is to work
closely with the patient engagement team to provide strategic direction
on projects to move on from patient understanding to designing the
strategy and tools to positively influence the patient experience in
their disease management
Sheetal Padania, Research Director, OPEN Health, Patient & Brand Communications
Sheetal
joined OPEN Health in January 2012, and currently has over 14 years’
experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare market research. Over the
past few years, she has focused her expertise in the area of patient
research. Sheetal is particular interested in using methodologies and
analysis techniques from health psychology to truly understand the
patient experience, and suggest solutions that will positively influence
patients’ experiences.
Tom Pugh, Senior Vice President, M3 Global Research
Tom
Pugh joined M3 Global Research as Business Development Director in
2017, and specialises in real world data and innovation in online
tracking. A management studies graduate of Leeds University, he joined
the TNS Custom Market Research graduate programme, focusing on large,
quantitative multinational trackers for large technology and consumer
brands, before joining Precision IR as Sales Director for continuous
investor relations data feeds in 2007. He has worked in international
fieldwork since 2010, holding senior sales roles at major organisations,
whilst also fostering his entrepreneurship, in setting up, and
subsequently selling, an online media business.
Laura Haxton, Head of EU Qualitative Research, M3 Global Research
Laura
Haxton joined M3 Global Research in 2018 and is responsible for the
continued growth of M3’s offering for virtual, online, and in-person
qualitative research across Europe. Laura has over 16 years’
experience in international healthcare fieldwork, and has held positions
within both full service and fieldwork agencies. Laura is particularly
interested in using innovation and technology to increase patient
engagement.
Rick Harris, Founder, Customer Faithful
After
nearly 20 years’ experience of market research both client and
agency-side, Rick launched insight-led consultancy Customer Faithful in
2009. His mission was to provide tools and techniques that could
highlight unmet need in customer, patient and employee experience. Since
then, he has worked widely across the healthcare sector, helping and
aligning stakeholders to conduct and apply patient-centric research. Rick is a member of the Market Research Society and The Royal Society of Medicine. He is also a Public Governor for the Cambridge & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
