Neil Rees - Head of Research, The EarthWorks Insights
Neil is the head of research at The EarthWorks Insights, having built up a wealth of experience in the market research industry. Whilst the majority of his career has been in the pharmaceutical industry he has also spent significant time in B-2-B and B-2-C research roles, working with companies including Unilever, Samsung and the World Gold Council.
Working across a range of sectors has enabled him to think creatively about marketing challenges and the application of innovative research to gather deeper insights. Whether it’s the application of mobile and wearable tools for data capture to working closely with brand and med comms teams to develop communications strategy, Neil’s focus is on the interpretation of research and planning the next steps to ensure clients can take action based on evidence.
Karen Stevens – Research Director, The EarthWorks Insights
Karen has over 16 years’ experience working in market research roles across commercial, business-to-business and healthcare environments.
Karen has spent the past 12 years specifically focussed in the healthcare environment, in which time she has developed a specialist interest in the patient space. Karen has a genuine passion in understanding the psychology of patient behaviour, focusing on exploring the relationship patients have with their condition, their treatment and their care providers. Having built a wealth of experience conducting patient research projects using a variety of methodologies, using both qualitative and quantitative tools, across a range of therapy areas, Karen is an expert in planning tailored projects to ensure that all variables are considered to deliver actionable outputs.
