Julia Chi Taylor
Julia has been working with people for over thirty-five years. She is a trained counselor, relationship therapist and a healer and practices all over the world.
As well as her therapy work, Julia is also a writer, broadcaster and an Ultra runner. During her time as an international athlete she qualified as a UK athletics coach specialising in advanced mental training for sport. She worked for many years as an holistic personal trainer and lifestyle coach in the City.
Julia’s work as a personal trainer led her in the direction of coaching and counseling, and she now works as a therapist, as well as a sports coach. In April 2008, she published her first book, Running to Learn, which offers a mix of autobiography and the ideas and philosophy behind her successful career as a therapist. One of Julia’s approaches is the Imago Dialogical Process. This approach to communication comes out of new understandings about the relational paradigm, and is helpful for business relationships.
Julia's latest book about relationships 'A Girlfriend for a Year' is
out now. Like her other book, it mixes autobiography with coaching and
therapy practices, ideas and philosophy!
